Oof. That’s a deep question. A few things come to mind: learning how to properly swim long distances; planning a ridiculous event; actually learning how to play the melodica; teaching my kids to ride a bike (they’re 6 and 9 - get with the program).
That list is too long to write. A better question is which should not be avoided first. The lack of a long list means you don't dream hard enough...
